The equipment consists of welding main machine, rectification auxiliary machine, web pre-alignment system, lifting roller table, active roller table, driven roller table, flux recovery delivery system, hydraulic system, electric control system and submerged arc welding machine, etc. . 3.The main welding machine consists of base, upper door frame, wing plate web centering system, main driving mechanism, welding torch adjusting mechanism and conductive device. 4. The base is a welding structural member, on which is installed a wing plate web centering system, a main driving mechanism, a welding torch adjusting mechanism, a conducting device and an upper door frame, through the chain wheel chain drive main transmission wheel rotation 5. The upper door frame is provided with a lower pressure wheel, which is installed on the lifting crossbeam of the upper door frame. The lifting crossbeam is driven by the lower pressure cylinder and can be moved along the guide rail of the upper door frame 6. The web alignment system of the wing plate is driven by hydraulic motor, and the guide wheels of the web plate on the left and right sides are synchronously aligned by the chain of the sprocket wheel and the screw nut, the positioning of web is more accurate, the positioning accuracy of multi-group guide pulley is higher and the tail-swinging phenomenon can be eliminated 7.The main drive mechanism is driven by a motor reducer, and the main drive roller is driven by the chain drive of the sprocket wheel, and the main drive roller of the rectification auxiliary machine is driven by the chain from the main engine 12 at the same speed, the motor is controlled by a frequency converter, and its speed can be adjusted at will in a certain range. 8. The pressure of each action can be adjusted by the pressure regulating valve on the hydraulic station. 9. The correction auxiliary machine is composed of the correction wheel mechanism, the main drive roller and the wing plate web centering system. The two correction wheels are driven by hydraulic cylinders, which can press down on the wing plate for correction. The main drive roller is driven by the chain that assembles the welding host, which can continuously correct the workpiece. 10. The web plate pre-alignment system is used for initial alignment of the web plate on the input roller table. The web plate and web plate are driven by two hydraulic cylinders respectively 11. The lifting roller table has the function of lifting, which can support the workpiece after welding deformation 12 . The flux recovery conveying system can send flux around the weld and recycle the surplus flux after welding, which makes the flux transportation and recycling form a recycling system, and plays an effective role in ensuring the improvement of welding quality, at the same time, the labor intensity of the workers was reduced and the labor productivity was increased by 13 .
