Before using the welding positioner, make sure that the plugs are connected correctly and reliably, and the grounding wire is connected to the ground reliably to avoid equipment damage.
1. Turn on the power and turn on the power switch "POWER" and the power indicator will light.
2. Under the "FOOT" control state, the foot switch is pressed, the table rotates, the foot switch is released, and the table stops rotating; in the "AUTO" control state, the machine enters the automatic control or time control state.
3. Turn the direction switch to "→", the table rotates clockwise; dial "←" and the table rotates counterclockwise.
4. Rotate the speed adjustment knob "SPEED" to change the table speed, rotate clockwise, and speed up; counterclockwise rotation, slow down.
5. Time control function: This function can realize the automatic operation function of the positioner within a preset period.
The specific operation method is as follows:
Turn on the power, preset a working cycle (in three states, "H" means "hour" is the counting unit, "M" means "minute" is the counting unit, "S" means "second" is the counting unit), Turn on the "POWER" switch, the power indicator light is on, and the worktable will automatically stop working after one cycle of rotation;
