Equipment Overview:

1.Use the hydraulic motor,in the small radium, with the flanging force increase will automatically slow down the speed of the flanging, head spinning flatness, long service life. The mechanical screwing machine relies on the motor to drive the rotary edge, and the rotary edge rotates at the small radium and the big radium with the same rotating speed, difficult installation of tank head.                2.Compared with the profile control valve by hydraulic flow rate, the profile control is more accurate and more advanced than that by using proximity switch sensor.                   

3.The sucker bracket is suitable for disc head, ARC head and flat plate head.                           

4.The equipment adopts PLC programmable technology to control the movement of each component, the operation is simple.              5.The work piece adopts the vacuum sucker to suck tightly, has no damage to the work piece, and is convenient to use.
